Rachael Brook

Rachael is a mouth artist and shares the Old Butter Factory with Catherine Anderson (sculptor) and Felicity Smith (lead lighting), she paints with acrylics and makes paper mache.

'I have my own definitive style that reflects my zest for life. Unable to use my hands because of cerebral palsy, I express myself through my art. Since a little girl of five, art has been my release and inner strength through my imaginative life where I'm able to excavate images from within myself.
My art is colourful, sometimes quirky, sometimes thought-provoking. Some awards I have won are "Ipswich Art Awards, 'Boonah Show',. I have also had many exhibitions and many commissions. Entered the Porta Geach Award and sold that painting.
