The Scenic Rim Centres' staff look forward to your visit. We have a variety of diverse and entertaining events to tempt you; have a look at What's On.

By purchasing a ticket (online or over the phone), through the Scenic Rim Cultural Centre Box Office, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Tickets are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable (to another person).

• Tickets will not be refunded or returned after purchase except as required by law, and or as provided in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

• When refunds are permitted, or in the event of the cancellation of a performance, monies will only be refunded to the credit card that was originally used to purchase the ticket/s. When the purchase method was cash, monies will be refunded to the ticket purchaser only, on presentation of a valid ID.

• Cameras and other recording devices are prohibited in the venues auditorium.
• Mobile telephones, pagers, and so forth, must be turned off before entry into the venue's auditorium.

• The right of admission is reserved, and late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a convenient break in the programme or non-admittance to the event without refund.

• Patrons who disrupt a performance, who are in possesion of a prohibitied device, or fail to produce concession ID, as appropriate, may be asked to leave the venue without refund or ticket purchase.
• Tickets must be retained throughout the performance.

• The Presenter may add, withdraw or substitute artists (including the opening act/s) or vary advertised programs, performance times, Venue, seating arrangements or audience capacity. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded as a result of these changes, except as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the LPA Code or as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
