We Will Rise is a live performance of original signature music curated to heal but also reflect Topology artists’ contemporary concerns. We Will Rise has thematic links to the existential threat of climate disruption and the need for strength, hope, fortitude and resilience in order for recovery and collective healing to commence on the back of traumatic natural events and a global viral pandemic. 

School students from the Scenic Rim will also be performing.

About the group:
Established in 1997, Brisbane based Topology are established leaders in musical creativity in Australia, prolific creators of new original work, expert collaborators across genres and art forms and award educators.  Nominated for a 2014 ARIA Award for Best Class winning musical Album (Share House), Topology has a well-established reputation for their signature work.  The quintet experimentswith  surprising combinations of musical genres, theatrical staging and cross art form collaborations to create exciting, thought music experiences for audiences of all ages, backgrounds and tastes. Resident Artist at Brisbane Powerhouse for 18 years, Topology has released 15 albums, produced countless evening-- provoking length works, presented an award series, and toured extensively  nationally and internationally.
