CULTURAL SERVICES - 2022 Program Submission Guidelines

Cultural Services at the Scenic Rim Regional Council offers arts and cultural programs and activities for you to be involved in at The Centre Beaudesert, Boonah Cultural Centre, Vonda Youngman Community Centre and throughout the Scenic Rim region.

Submissions are being sought for our program for 2022 that link the arts and sciences and help us to understand our world. Creative ideas and projects that extend traditional art forms such as poetry, performance, visual arts, film, storytelling and dance  through the use of technology, ecological and other sciences are especially encouraged.

Our theme for 2022: Understanding our world through the arts and sciences.

Creativity and innovation are achieved through imagination and curiosity, core elements where both the arts and the sciences align.

"Study the science of art.  Study the art of science. Develop your senses ... learn how to see. Realise that everything connects to everything else."   -  Leonardo DaVinci
